ABOUT ADAM
My earliest memory of ‘intentional’ personal growth was in 2008 when I was training in powerlifting. My life was consumed by this sport and I soon realised that my body wasn’t giving out – my mind was. I began studying how to improve mindset and through this, I became deeply interested in philosophy.
This was the first time I realised I could truly think for myself, question things, and explore what it meant to grow as a person.
This curiosity led me through years of self-development, personal challenge, healing, and ultimately to kinesiology.
Today, one of the things I’m most passionate about is helping others become students of their own experience too.
Resolute Kinetics is the culmination of those experiences, lessons, and perspectives. In many ways, I took the long road to get here.
My goal is to help others navigate their own path with greater clarity, support, and self-awareness along the way.
Why did I become a kinesiologist?
Before discovering kinesiology, I felt stuck in my head.
My first kinesiology session changed that.
For the first time, I experienced something that bypassed the overthinking and connected directly with what my body had been carrying beneath the surface. The muscle testing revealed things I couldn’t hide behind logic, distraction, or justification.
That experience completely changed the way I understood stress, healing, and my personal growth.
What drew me even deeper into this work was realising kinesiology wasn’t about “fixing” people. It was about creating space for honesty, awareness, nervous system regulation, and meaningful change.
Today, that understanding shapes the way I work, grounded, supportive, and focused on helping people reconnect with themselves beneath the stress, pressure, and noise of everyday life.
The meaning behind Resolute Kinetics
There’s philosophy behind Resolute Kinetics is deeply personal to me.
The name itself was chosen very intentionally.
Resolute = represents the container.
Grounded presence, integrity, steadiness, sovereignty, and the ability to remain centred through life’s challenges.
Kinetics = represents the process.
Movement, flow, expression, expansion, and life in motion.
Together, Resolute Kinetics reflects the balance between being grounded and allowing meaningful internal movement and change to occur, the building blocks of personal growth.
The ensō symbol around the logo also carries deep meaning. Traditionally, it represents strength, presence, enlightenment, and the universe itself.
The fact that it’s an open version of the circle reflects the idea of wabi-sabi, showing the acceptance of imperfection, growth, and the beauty found within life’s ongoing evolution rather than the pursuit of perfection = simply being human.
Every part of this design is an echo of who I am.
How I hold space
A little more personally
Outside my work I’m someone who values integrity, depth, honesty, connection and the quiet strength it takes to choose accountability and growth.
I have a passion for men’s work and men’s sharing circles, places that I credit for a lot of my own growth. I’m honoured for the experience these groups give me, witnessing men share and discover common ground, something that translates into every part of my life and has shaped the container at the core of Resolute Kinetics.

Donna, on behalf of Shane –
My husband Shane had never experienced kinesiology before and was a little unsure, but Adam created such a welcoming and comfortable space. He explained everything clearly, spoke in a normal everyday way without fancy jargon, and helped Shane feel at ease throughout the session.
After just one session, the pain in the back of Shane’s foot had started to settle, along with the numbness going up his leg. This was a big relief, especially with Shane working as a machine operator.
We were really happy with the care, explanation, and recommendations Adam provided, and we happily rebooked for a follow-up session.
I highly recommend Adam and wouldn’t hesitate to book in with him.

Adam’s way of intuitive healing is something to be experienced.
It’s more than just one modalities protocols and sticking to an arbitrary process, the session evolves to the client’s needs and flows to address core wounds, goals for the future, subconscious beliefs and things that may be holding you back.
He held space for all the uncomfortableness that I normally suppress in such a caring and potent way I couldn’t help but feel safe in his presence. As someone that has been holding space for coming on ten years, it was a relief to have a session with a fellow practitioner that not only gets what it means to hold space for others but allowed me to deep dive into personal matters with no fear.
That is truly special and I wish I lived closer to see him every week.
