What to Expect in Your First Appointment

Your first session is a space to slow down and begin understanding what your body has been holding.

We’ll start with a conversation about what’s been going on for you, and what you’d like to shift or move through.

From there, we use gentle muscle testing to explore how your body is responding beneath the surface. This helps guide the session without needing you to have all the answers.

The session may include breathwork and simple techniques to help your nervous system settle, release stored stress, and support a sense of balance.

Everything is paced in a way that feels safe and manageable. You’re not pushed beyond what you’re ready for.

Gentle, grounding experiences designed to be experienced rather than analysed.

Breathwork and Chakra Sound Healing

These nervous system rest sessions are designed to be felt rather than analysed.

Through Chakra Sound Healing or/and Nalu Breathwork techniques, these energy focused practices are designed to create a safe, calm and personal space to gently reset your nervous system.

Each session is personalised and informed by kinesiology creating space for a wonderful experience to connect to your inner self.

We wrap up every session with kinesiology led reflection to help integrate anything that came up during the healing and expand on any insights you received, leaving you calm and renewed.

What to Expect in Your Follow up Session:

Ongoing appointments are designed to build on the insights and progress of your previous session. We start these sessions by checking in on your experiences since your last session and what might still need some attention.
I also make a point of prioritising any new stress, pain or life events that are important and need support today!

From here we use kinesiology to inform the session uniquely to you and the area that need attention, releasing the stress and restoring balance. We get to spend more time doing kinesiology compared to the initial sessions, this allows us to go even deeper.

These sessions are targeted to help you move forward with clarity and build momentum towards your highest potential.

Sessions are not something that are done to you, but something you are gently guided through.

We begin with a simple conversation before allowing your body’s awareness to guide the process through kinesiology and muscle testing, breathwork, and nervous system work, whatever is needed in this moment.

There is no pressure to perform or figure anything out. The session unfolds at a pace that feels safe and supportive, giving you space to notice what’s present and what may be ready to shift.

Some people leave feeling lighter or clearer, others more grounded or aware. Often, the most important part is simply having the space to slow down and listen.

You don’t need to have the answers before you arrive.

Sessions are always client-led and unfold at a pace that feels safe and supportive, allowing your body’s awareness to guide what needs attention.

My role is not to tell you what’s wrong or what you should do, but to help create the conditions where clarity, balance, and meaningful change can naturally emerge in a way you understand and feel supported throughout the session.
